The Vision For Synkka

My journey started when I was 10 years old, when I started to code. And I couldn’t have imagined the journey it would take me on. Paired with my passion for Global Logistics and Parcel Delivery, I’ve built and scaled technology in Parcel Delivery for 10+ years, including launching summer projects in Portugal that avoided the typical Swedish long summer and loss of productivity. To VC backed Antler where I met my co-founders and now Synkka, a venture I’m incredibly proud of.

Synkka AI is on a mission to remove all the manual and heavy processes within the parcel delivery sector that limit the growth of businesses and cost them millions every year. The technical bottlenecks, poor data, automatable workflows and more. Parcel delivery companies in future will scale without the need for a huge headcount and a mountain of systems with our AI workers.

We strive to build the best AI platform for the delivery sector, for Technology businesses, 3PL’s, Cross-border eCommerce and Marketplaces. To streamline all front and back office functions. And we’ve recently won Start Up of the year at WMX, at the World Post and Parcel Awards and closed an oversubscribed Pre-seed round, funding used to further develop the product for our mission.

I am privileged to build this alongside my co-founders, Jordon (Chief Growth Officer), who brings deep experience in scaling global tech companies, and Danil (Chief Technical Officer), who has world-class expertise in scaling Agentic AI technology. Together with a perfect engineering team, we are ensuring AI changes this sector forever.

What’s next for Synkka?

We’ll start with our customers and work backwards from there. We are on a path to building the most comprehensive coverage in Europe, targeting a 1,000-carrier network by July 2026.

But we are not stopping at integrations. You can expect accelerating product innovation from our team. We are thrilled to be launching our next AI workers for Technical Support, to further eliminate technical bottlenecks, and AI Support, bridging the critical gap between customer experience and live delivery data for the first time.
